What does the Ontario land registry do in order to look at a deed and?
I am guessing here- though sometimes that is all I can do given the question. Did you sell your half of the joint tenancy. Generally both parties need to sell but there are a few exceptions. But I do not know why the disclaimer. Maybe the original title was flawed. Sorry- but I cannot do better
