Music hello, everyone. This is a brief webinar on how to create the perfect residential lease. A lot of people have been asking me, "With the new mandatory government leases as of April 30th, 2018, how do I go about creating this lease for my residential tenant in Ontario?" Well, I'm going to show you how it works. I'm going to show you how our forms package can help you do that, and we're gonna do it in five easy steps. So let's get started to make the perfect lease. So here's how you'd put it all together. You need to go through several steps in order to create the perfect tenancy agreement. But for now, we're going to assume that you know the tricks and tips and how to find a tenant. So we're gonna look at what we do, taking five steps to sign the perfect lease in Ontario's new climate. A couple of acronyms to remember. If I mentioned the LTV, it's the landlord tenant board. The RTA is the Residential Tenancies Act....
